Our clinic provides student sports physicals for a flat $35. 

This affordable option is available to all students, regardless of insurance coverage.

*Montana high school athletes are required by the MHSA to have a valid sports physical completed after May 1 and on file before participating in any practices or competitions. Physicals are valid for two school years, with an Interim Medical History Form required in off years. Incoming 9th graders must have a new physical completed after May 1 before entering high school.
