Regardless of position, employees and providers at Mercury Street are treated with respect & consideration as part of the team. "Regionally competitive" does not include Bozeman/Belgrade. 


Full-time positions range from 32-40+ hours per week. At the present time, we are open Mon-Thurs, 8-5. Shifts for full-time positions roughly correspond to those hours and will be refined based on the position.


We are  National Health Service Corp (NHSC) site # 5615642808, located in a Health Resource Shortage Area (HRSA). For eligible providers, that equates to student loan forgiveness. 

Clinic Manager

This full-time position is on-site 4 days per week with responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations of the clinic to include: HR, AR/AP, payroll (not to include quarterly reporting), building occupancy and maintenance, marketing and online presence, primary care quality work, strategic planning, HIPAA compliance, and key party communication. Additional weight will be given to candidates that live in Butte. 


Required skills/experience: 

· Personnel management in role of responsibility

· QuickBooks or similar software

· Prioritization of tasks with varying deadlines

· HIPAA familiarity in ambulatory care

· Flexibility in day-to-day tasks


Bonus skills: clinical experience, medical coding or risk adjustment, relevant degree or coursework, grant-writing, conflict resolution, appreciation of sarcasm.
