Regardless of position, employees and providers at Mercury Street are treated with respect & consideration as part of the team. Full-time positions include a regionally competitive wage package with benefits: health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid vacation and sick leave. "Regionally competitive" does not include Bozeman/Belgrade. 

Full-time positions range from 32-40+ hours per week. At the present time, we are open Mon-Thurs, 8-5. Shifts for full-time positions roughly correspond to those hours and will be refined based on the position.

We are  National Health Service Corp (NHSC) site # 5615642808, located in a Health Resource Shortage Area (HRSA). For eligible providers, that equates to student loan forgiveness.
